Husband Goes Grocery Shopping And Brings Home Giant Block Of Cheese
When a husband returned from grocery shopping with an enormous block of Parmesan cheese, the wife was filled with questions. What prompted him to buy such a massive chunk of cheese?
In a hilarious TikTok video, Nikki’s husband enters the kitchen holding what appears to be a half-wheel of the pricey Italian cheese. He explains that he attempted to contact her from the store but couldn’t reach her, so he “made an executive decision” based on the price tag.
As Nikki questions him about what they will do with so much cheese, he defensively says, “I didn’t do anything wrong.” He continues, “I saw something labeled at a price and I bought it.”
The reason for his decision? The block of cheese cost only $10.44! Thinking it might weigh around 20 pounds, they decide to weigh it.
Watch Nikki’s husband explain his buying decision and his reaction upon discovering the actual weight of the cheese.
He can't contain his delight when he learns the cheese block is a staggering 44 pounds! It seems his purchase was an excellent deal, a sentiment Nikki agrees with, as she captions her video, “That’s my man…and ima stick beside him.”
TikTok viewers shared their amazement. One commented, “$10.44 for 44 POUNDS of good parm is INSANE! You can’t buy 44 ounces for that cost. That’s amazing. He made the right call. Freeze some of it and…”
Another viewer noted, “On average that would cost around $600-700, so he definitely scored LOL. That’s impressive!”
“He is so proud. I felt him with that end laugh,” said another. This story will undoubtedly be a family favorite. As one viewer summed it up, “That is one hell of a deal! I’d be bragging about that for the rest of my natural life.”
